This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to Word Party Guessing Game (also known as Quick Guess), the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Red Ape Mobile.
Country refers to: California, United States
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a session).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the type of mobile device You use, a randomly generated device identifier, Your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data. This information is collected in an anonymous, non-identifiable form and is not linked to any individual user.
We also collect in-app activity data such as which word decks were played, game settings (round time, number of words), and screen views and taps within the App. This data is used solely to understand how the Service is used in aggregate and to improve the experience for all users.
We use Amplitude, a third-party analytics service, to collect and analyze Usage Data described above. No advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) are sent to Amplitude, and no persistent cross-app identity is created.

The App does not currently display third-party advertising and does not use any advertising or ad-mediation network. We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), and no data collected in the App is used for behavioral or interest-based advertising, either within the App or elsewhere.
The App offers an optional, one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, a holdover from an earlier version of the App. It does not unlock any additional features and has no effect on Your data collection, because the App does not currently serve third-party ads. If that changes in the future, We will update this Privacy Policy to describe the advertising partner involved, the data it collects, and how to opt out, before any ads are shown.
The Company may use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Usage Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, and your experience.
We may share Your information in the following situations:
The Company will retain Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Your information, including Usage Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Service followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
You have the right to request that We delete the data We hold about You. The Service creates no user accounts, and the Usage Data We collect is anonymous, so in most cases it cannot be attributed to a specific individual and there is nothing to look up. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Usage Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The security of Your data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The App is a general-audience party game intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us at redapemobile@gmail.com and We will take steps to delete it.
If You are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Legal basis for processing. Our legal basis for collecting anonymous Usage Data is Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Service.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, You have the right to: access the Personal Data We hold about You; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a portable copy of data You provided to Us. International transfers. Where Your data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (for example, to Our Service Providers described above), We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, consistent with Transfer of Your Data above.
If You are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives You additional rights over Personal Data collected about You.
We do not sell or share Personal Data, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and We do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Data for purposes other than those necessary to provide the Service. Because the App does not currently serve third-party advertising, no advertising identifiers or Usage Data are shared with ad networks in a way that would constitute a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA. If the App begins serving third-party ads in the future, We will update this section to disclose the ad vendor(s) involved and Your rights with respect to any resulting sale or share of Personal Data.
Subject to certain exceptions, You have the right to: know what Personal Data We have collected about You; request deletion of Your Personal Data; correct inaccurate Personal Data; and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
